prescriptions + labs

During this time, we will continue filling prescriptions and ordering labs (as necessary). If you need any prescriptions filled, please text your refill request to (713) 956-4083 or email your request to info@med4eds.com. Be sure to include the name of the medication(s), the dosage, and how often you take it. Otherwise, you may contact your pharmacy to request a refill on your behalf.

primary care needs

Dr. Tyson and Jennifer are also available as a primary care providers for our patients during this time for certain medical issues that can be diagnosed and treated via telemedicine. This way our patients can hopefully avoid going to doctor's offices and hospitals if at all possible during the pandemic.

telemedicine appointments

You will receive an email with details on how to access your telemedicine session at your scheduled appointment time. At this time, all telemedicine appointments will be offered at a discounted rate.

To make the most out of your sessions, we recommend having the following items available, if possible: blood pressure cuff, pulse oximeter, and thermometer

Having these items will allow you to take your vitals with your provider’s supervision during your appointment. Click here for recommendations regarding the items above.

To schedule an appointment, please call or text our main office number at (713) 956-4083 or email us at info@med4eds.com.

in-person appointments

Everyone who enters the office will be required to wear a mask or face covering.

Only one patient will be allowed in the office at a time. We will ask you to notify us when you arrive and wait in your vehicle until we let you know that it is safe for you to come up. We greatly appreciate everyone's patience as we adapt to being open with COVID-19!

WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS! We will also continue to offer appointments via telemedicine for those who prefer that option. Ensuring the safety of our patients is of the utmost important to us and we will be taking all necessary precautions.
